Weekly Paris Pilates

Most of you know that I made a huge move to Paris this year! Part of the excitement is launching my own Pilates business, which I love for so many reasons! But the best part is that even from far away, I get to share how to find better posture, alignment and strength with all of you!

I'm offering a series of online Pilates classes every Tuesday
9 am MST/ 10 am Costa Rica Time
5pm Paris Time

30- 45 minutes
of movement and coaching on the mat. I'm here to support, align, and motivate you along the way!

Can't join live? No problem. I send out a recording of every session after!
